Please carefully read these "Terms and Conditions" under "Terms of Use." By accessing this website and using any online services offered here and via mobile applications, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of access and use outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not access this site or its related mobile applications and immediately cease using any online services.
E-Job Group Pte Ltd (UEN No. 201542037C) is a Singapore registered company with its address at 195 Pearls Hill Terrace, #03-25, Singapore 168976. E-Job Group is an online "Platform" that connects hirers with jobseekers, allowing hirers to post their part-time job requirements and connect with our pool of Independent Contractors, also referred to as "Freelancers," via the platform.
E-Job Group retains the right to modify or amend any part of these Terms of Use without your consent or prior notification. We urge you to carefully review our Terms of Use before using E-Job Group's Platform. By using our platform, you agree to adhere to all terms and conditions as outlined in our Terms of Use.

Definition:
Platform refers to the Website, https://www.ejob.sg/, and Mobile Application (App) where our clients post their manpower requirements via a Job List, and Freelancers apply for the available job listings.
The app encompasses any software or mobile application of E-Job Group.
Clients/Hirers denote members, whether individuals, companies, or entities, who have indicated their manpower requirements via the Job List on the Platform and have registered an account with E-Job Group in accordance with our registration process.
Freelancers represent users who apply for a job via the Platform.
Member can refer to any individual or company.
Job List designates a request for the provision of labor-hire services posted by the client on the platform.
Services signify the provision of labor-hire services to the client by Freelancers in accordance with the Job List.
The term encompasses the period from when the Client posts a Job List until the Agreement ends due to the fulfillment of all obligations by the Members.
Services
Freelancers will provide the Services to E-Job Group's clients according to the terms defined in this agreement and the Job List.
All communications and transactions between Clients and Freelancers introduced to each other through E-Job Group must occur exclusively on the platform or with E-Job Group's oversight. If a Client indicates an interest in directly hiring a Freelancer as a result of our services, you should decline their offer and promptly report the situation. A penalty of $1,000 SGD will be imposed on the Freelancer if they are found to have engaged in direct employment with our Clients.
Independent Contractors (Freelancers)
To use our platform, you must be 15 years old or older, a Singaporean, or Permanent Resident.
You are an independent contractor and not an employee of E-Job Group Pte Ltd. You are not covered by the Employment Act and, therefore, do not receive employee benefits such as annual leave, CPF contribution, or insurance coverage. Kindly refer to Ministry of Manpower website and read on 'Contract for Service' to understand your role as an independent contractor.
E-Job Group requires Freelancers to:
Be punctual and always be accounted for during work.
Maintain a professional image with a high level of personal hygiene and grooming standards.
Wear the provided uniform and/or equipment while at the client's facility or as requested by the Client.
Be courteous and diligent while working for the Client.
Comply with any site-specific requirements as notified by E-Job Group and/or the Client.
Not use the Client's property for any other purpose than the required work.
Maintain confidentiality regarding Client information, even after ceasing to work for the Client.
Prioritize safety and follow the Client's directions, policies, and guidelines.
Job Application/Job Awarding/Actual Day Procedure
Freelancers can apply for multiple jobs, but once awarded a job, other overlapping applications will be automatically withdrawn. We encourage applying for multiple jobs to increase your chances of landing one.
Accurate Timekeeping:
To ensure precise payroll processing, please adhere to the established sign-in and sign-out procedure for each job.
Initiate and finalize the corresponding entries on the provided timesheet upon commencing and concluding each job.
The designated Site Supervisor Contact will verify these timestamps, which directly determine your earned compensation.
Quarter-Hour Timekeeping:
To streamline timekeeping and calculations, please round your sign-in and sign-out times to the nearest 15-minute increment.
For example, if you start work at 9:07 AM, you will sign in at 9:15 AM. Similarly, if you finish at 1:43 PM, you will sign out at 1:45 PM.
This practice simplifies payroll calculations as 15 minutes equals 0.25 hours, allowing for easy conversion of total work time into decimal hours.
Job Cancellation/Account Suspension
Unless there is a valid reason, the Freelancer will be responsible for a $25 cancellation fee to E-Job Group if they cancel an awarded job within 48 hours from the job's start time, regardless of whether they acknowledged the job.
No penalty is imposed if the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the job's start time.
Clients can cancel the hiring of a particular Freelancer if they do not Sign In within 30 minutes of the job's stipulated start time. The status will be marked as "No-Show," and a penalty will be imposed.
Any request by a Freelancer to waive cancellation fees, without appropriate documentation like a medical certificate or valid proof of absence, will not be considered.
Accounts with more than 3 medical certificates submitted within a month will be suspended for 2 weeks to prevent misuse.
Account reactivation requires a physical visit to our office and payment of an $100 reactivation fee.
To maintain our service standards, all incentives will be forfeited if you have more than 2 last-minute cancellations, i.e., cancellations within 24 hours from the job start time. Medical certificates will not be considered for waiver.
Punctuality
E-Job Group expects Freelancers to be punctual, arriving at least 10 minutes early for all jobs. Some hirers have a zero-tolerance policy for lateness.
"DO NOT BE LATE" on the actual job day. Lateness, even if you are present, can lead to job rejection for hirers with zero tolerance for tardiness.
Failure to Complete Job/Extension
If a Freelancer abandons or fails to complete their duties, they may not be paid for the incomplete job. E-Job Group will investigate and determine payment on a case-by-case basis, prorated if agreed upon by the hirer.
If unforeseen circumstances necessitate extending the project beyond the initial timeframe, the Client may propose an extension to the Freelancer. Upon mutual agreement, the extension details and the original hourly rate will remain applicable. However, remember to update the timesheet with the additional hours to ensure accurate payment calculations.
Termination
E-Job Group has the right, but not the obligation, to delete, terminate, or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to the Website or Mobile Application immediately and without notice for any reason, which may or may not be disclosed.
You agree to indemnify and hold E-Job Group, its officers, managers, members, affiliates, and others harmless from any claims or demands arising from the termination.
E-Job Group reserves the right to act, including banning or blocking users from accessing our app and platforms, for engaging in spam calling or messaging, which disrupts our operations and service efficiency. Your account will also be terminated if you use disrespectful or abusive words or actions toward clients or E-Job Group staff.
E-Job Group reserves the right to suspend accounts for a period determined suitable in cases of MC submission or a Covid+ situation, with the aim of preventing virus spread. To uphold the integrity of our MC Policy, accounts will be suspended for 2 weeks if more than 3 Medical Certificates are submitted within a month.
To maintain our service standards, if you are deemed unsuitable for a job by 5 or more unique hirers, your account will be suspended. Valid reasons must be submitted by the hirer to support their claims.
Payout
Weekly Payments: Your hard work gets rewarded regularly! We process payments every week, directly to your bank.
15-Minute Intervals: We track your time meticulously, calculating your earnings in 15-minute increments for transparent and precise compensation. This means you get paid for every quarter-hour you dedicate to projects and tasks.
Maintaining Professionalism: To ensure a smooth workflow and respect everyone's time, we have implemented reasonable penalties for lateness, cancellations, and no-shows. These fees will be deducted directly from your payout. For further details and dispute resolution guidelines, please refer to our FAQs.
Overpayment Recovery: If an error occurs and you're accidentally overpaid, we appreciate your cooperation in returning the excess amount. In most cases, it can be conveniently deducted from your Wallet. However, if your balance is insufficient, we'll work with you to find a suitable repayment method.
Incentive, Lucky Draw & Campaigns
By participating in any Incentive, Lucky Draw and Campaigns organized by E-Job Group Pte Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
E-Job Group has the sole discretion to determine eligibility, and its decisions are final.
Participants must maintain good work records to be eligible. Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or lateness may affect eligibility.
Winners will be selected randomly and notified via WhatsApp and our Facebook Page.
Winners must present personal identification matching the details in our system to redeem their prizes at our office.
Prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
By participating, you consent to E-Job Group collecting, using, and disclosing your personal information for promotional purposes.
E-Job Group’s decisions are final, and it reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.
Incentive will be forfeited if you have more than 2 last minute cancellation in a particular month. i.e. cancelling within 24 hours from the job start time. MC will not be considered as well.
Freelancers who are blacklisted/deactivated, will not be eligible for incentive.
Medical History Declaration
Accuracy is Key: To ensure your safety and match you with suitable tasks, please accurately disclose any significant medical conditions that might affect your ability to perform them safely and effectively.
Privacy Promise: We understand your health is private. All disclosed medical information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and only used to assess your suitability for specific tasks.
Keep it Updated: Updating your medical information regularly is important to avoid inappropriate task assignments and potential safety risks.
Safety First: While we don't discriminate based on medical history, our top priority is the safety of everyone involved. Tasks that could endanger you due to your medical condition may be restricted or declined.
Transparency Matters: Disclosing any undisclosed or misrepresented medical conditions that prevent you from completing a task as agreed upon may result in payment adjustments or deductions.
Documented Concerns: In rare cases where your condition significantly affects your safety, we may request medical documentation to ensure appropriate task assignments.
Platform Limitations: Please remember, our platform cannot be held liable for any consequences arising from undisclosed or misrepresented medical conditions. Your safety is your responsibility during task engagements.
Open Communication: Providing accurate information fosters a safe and productive environment for everyone. Failure to comply may lead to being sent home from a job site or account deactivation.

Intellectual Property Rights
All Proprietary Material on the platform, including text, graphics, content, designs, and more, is owned by E-Job Group or used by permission. It is protected by copyright and other proprietary rights. You may not use, copy, or transmit any Proprietary Material without E-Job Group's prior written consent.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless E-Job Group Pte Ltd, its officers, managers, members, affiliates, and employees from any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including attorneys' fees and court costs, arising out of or in connection with:
Your violation or breach of these Terms of Use or any applicable law or regulation, whether or not referenced herein.
Your violation of any rights of any third party, including providers of services arranged via the E-Job Group platform.
Your use or misuse of the E-Job Group Platform, Software, or Service.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall E-Job Group Pte Ltd and its licensors be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, incidental, consequential, or other damages of any type or kind, including personal injury, loss of data, revenue, profits, use, or other economic advantage.
E-Job Group Pte Ltd is not liable for any delay, disruption, or damage that may result from:
Your use of the Service or Software
Any delay, delivery failure, or damage resulting from the inherent limitations and issues of internet, telecommunications networks, and electronic communications.
Any consequences arising from undisclosed or misrepresented medical conditions by Freelancers.
Any issues arising from the introduction of third-party contractors by the E-Job Group platform.
Any claims or damages resulting from your use of the Service, the E-Job Group platform, or the Software.
